                Delegate Robinson moves to amend HJUD AM 2-8 on page 2, Section 1, lines 32 and 33 by striking out: “(10) any person 62 years of age or over who receives old-age or survivors benefits from the Social Security Administration;”

And,

on page 2, Section 1, lines 36 and 37, by striking out: “(14) any individual employed on a part-time basis who is a student in any recognized school or college;”

And,

By renumbering the numerical sequencing contained in subsection (f) accordingly.
